Founded in year 2002, Shenzhen Kunzhan Plastic Hardwares Co. Ltd. has a production area of 12500 sq. meters and 300 employees. We are TS16949 certified and serve multinational companies in the Automotive, Fire and Safety, LED Lighting and Office Automation industries. We are a team of skilled and experienced workforce in sales and marketing, research & development, technical, quality and manufacturing, and provide the best support in new product introduction, fulfillment and service to all of our customers.
We are equipped with precision machines and test equipment to build tools in-house, to produce, control and test of complex configured metal and plastic components using a wide range of material types. A fully equipped production floor is dedicated to production of soft magnetic Nickel Alloy components. In addition to the incoming raw material composition control, the whole in-house process flow from metal fabrication, vacuum heat treatment, degreasing to packaging, with continuous monitoring of the products' magnetic characteristics, allows full control of the finished products' quality.
